We're seeking an experienced, highly organised UK National to serve as our professional virtual presence. This is a part-time (3 days/week) remote role, managing all client communications, administrative workflows, and essential governance for a single-director consultancy.
If you are a client-focused administrator with proven success in board-level support, PRINCE2 familiarity, and impeccable communication skills, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, manage the director's diary, and ensure operational continuity.
Required: Proven administrative experience, UK right-to-work, proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Hours: 3 days per week, primarily Mon/Wed/Fri, with core availability 09:30–16:30 UK time.
